The Best Experience…Avoid the Gray

In order to provide the absolute best possible experience for each individual customer or member, the team has to be laser focused.  We must get it right ever time — we live in a quarter to quarter world, one loss should be traumatic.

Make it all black and white for the team — best customer experience, the best product, the best program, nothing less.  And do it with unbridled passion (unbridled is such a cool word, I just had to use it this week).

Let the competition get wrapped up in the gray.  Those that spend time in the gray are too wrapped up in themselves and not those they serve.  Those in the gray construct barriers to decisions — knock them down and serve.

Be remarkable…not replaceable.
